Current Laws
As with the guidance, already exist to ensure that people within the care of duty holders are protected. As stated, those laws have been in place for many years as shown below (but not limited to):
Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Management of HASAW Act.
Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
Terrorism Act 2000.
Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001.
Licensing Act 2003.
Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005.
Community Safety Partnerships - Furthermore, the Community Safety Partnerships were introduced by Section 6 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 which were designed to bring together local partners to formulate and deliver strategies to tackle crime and disorder in their communities. The responsible authorities that make up the Community Safety Partnership are the Police, Fire and Rescue Authority, Local Authorities, Health Partners, and Probation Services.
Crowded Places Survey
We have a unique one stop safety and security crowded Places survey and analysis model which will provide solutions to support both Local Authorities and Private Venue Owners. Our model is not designed to simply give advice or guidance.
It is designed to provide solutions for end users taking in to account all available guidance already available and in circulation.

Our model is not designed to undermine any guidance already offered by Protect UK or any other UK or International Security Group or Organisation; it has been specifically designed to work in line with them and International Crime prevention standards and it also follows anti-crime methodologies.
